Ramadaan Mubaarak-The Month of Mercy
The Holy Month of Ramadaan (Arabic: رمضان) is the ninth month of Islaamic calendar. Observing Fast in the month of Ramadaan is to follow one of the five important pillars of Islaam. Ramadaan is a special month of the year for over one billion Muslims throughout the world. It is a time for inner reflection, patience devotion to Allaah[God], and self-control. Ramadaan is also a time of intensive worship, reading of the Qur’aan, giving charity,sharing, purifying one’s behavior, and doing good deeds.
The Prophet Muhammad [Peace be upon Him] said: “No slave (of Allaah The Most High) fasts one day for the sake of (gaining the Pleasure of) Allaah, except that Allaah The Exalted Distances his face from Hellfire because of it (the distance of travelling) seventy years.”

Ramadaan is a great blessing and a divine gift for mankind. It is a time for attaining spiritual self-renewal and a golden chance for one to renew his life and breathe hope into it. Ramadaan is the main occasion among these occasions and a major spiritual season in which Allaah the Exalted Helps His Slaves (to show obedience and devotion to Him]) by chaining the devils and generously granting rewards for obedient slaves.
